Carol is a Programme Director and Interim Manager, with over 20 years’ experience in public and private sector bodies.
Financially literate, she is focused on the integration of technology, culture, business and people processes to leverage opportunities and growth. She adds significant tangible benefit, both financially and operationally, increasing productivity, adding management visibility, and internal and external stakeholder engagement. Carol has experience of a broad range of technologies, traditional and agile methods. Carol’s accreditations include MSP Advanced Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner and M_o_R Practitioner.
