Carol is a highly experienced HR professional with 15 years at senior management level in the public sector and a track record in successfully delivering large scale projects.
She has a comprehensive understanding of the issues facing public sector organisations and a wealth of experience in aligning HR strategy and the role of the HR function with business goals, and of integrating diversity considerations into mainstream practice. She has operated as a consultant, interim/project manager and coach/mentor, working with individuals and teams to develop leadership capacity at all levels, and to manage change, unlock potential and enhance performance.
Carol has a Masters degree in Employment Strategy, holds a Diploma in Management Coaching and Mentoring and is trained in current management techniques including PRINCE2 project management, creative problem solving and personality profiling.
