It has been said that implementing CRM successfully in the Membership sector is the equivalent of finding the Holy Grail! But it needn’t be – find out how the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy did it at the 2015 MemberWise ‘Harnessing the Web’ conference in London on 4th November.
