David Hart – Director

After training as a civil engineer, David moved into management and began to apply engineering project management tools to IT and business change projects.  Prior to establishing E AND H in 2005, David held a number of senior operational and programme management positions in large organisations in the public and non-profit sectors.

David’s achievements include successfully delivering large IT programmes for the Cities of Liverpool and Birmingham, and for one of the UK’s largest Housing Associations.  In recent years, David has focused on working with Membership organisations to identify appropriate IT and CRM strategies, deliver successful CRM and website projects and improve procurement, supplier and contract management.

David also understands the Membership and Associations sector from a member perspective, having been a director and trustee of the Association for Project Management (APM) and served on the Institute of Directors’ Cumbria Branch Committee.

David is a Fellow of the APM and a member of the IoD.
